Standard Shipping Charges
The standard delivery charge starts at AUD$5 per package within Australia.
All orders placed by 19 December will be dispatched before Christmas Day. All order placed between 20 and 26 December will be dispatched on 30 December. However, if you wish to receive your order before Christmas, please allow sufficient time for order dispatch and delivery time.
Your orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days (except during Christmas periods, please see ‘Christmas Delivery’ for more information).
Sydney and Melbourne Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch. Rest of Australia: 3-5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 2 days.
*Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Please note we rely on Australia Post to provide delivery services so we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order doesn't arrive within the given timeframe, please inform us at email@example.com
If a delivery is late, the Purchaser must inform customer service as soon as possible, by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or by this form. Enquiries may take some time but we aim to resolve all delivery problems within two (2) weeks from the day of the complaint.
Upon receipt of Products ordered, the Purchaser must check that the Products are compliant. Any delivery anomalies (missing items or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc) must be noted in writing by Purchasers on the delivery slip presented by the courier alongside a signature. The Purchaser must also notify the Kiehl’s customer service department by e-mail sent to email@example.com specifying the nature of the problem.
