Use either hot or cold as needed. Heat in microwave for 30seconds at a time till the desired temperature is achieved. Do not overheat. Or store in freezer and apply as needed. Hot or Cold pack may be applied to affected areas of pain as required either before or after exercise. Do not use if tamper evidence is broken or missing.
